Financial information


Our fees vary according to the procedures and laboratory tests that your appointment requires, and the length of time the physician devotes to your care. Payment of professional fees is due at the time of service. If circumstances prevent that, please speak to one of our staff and we will make every effort to arrange a satisfactory payment plan. We also offer a “sliding fee” discount program that adjusts the financial responsibility based on patient income and household size (federal guidelines and specific eligibility requirements may change annually).  Please ask any of our staff for additional information on this program.  If your account becomes past due, we will take action to recover the amount due within 90 days of initial billing.

Fees are for services rendered, if the OB-GYN Specialty Group, or it’s parent company the Northeast Missouri Health Council, Inc., receives monies from a third party compensation for office charges previously paid by the patient, a patient refund will be generated within 60 days.




OB-GYN Specialty Group will file claims with your insurance carrier. At the time of your appointment, we will ask to see and make a copy your health insurance card. This will help us in processing claims on your behalf.

As a patient, you have full responsibility for payment of service rendered, regardless of insurance coverage. We will be more than happy to help you with all the necessary insurance forms and answer any specific questions regarding fees and insurance.
